Dutch telco KPN plans management changes “to further improve financial steering,” according to a company announcement.
Huib Costermans, currently CFO of E-Plus in Germany, will become new CFO of KPN The Netherlands. Meanwhile Godert Vinkesteijn, will assume the role of CFO of E-Plus.
Going forward, the KPN finance organization in the Netherlands will report directly to Costermans, instead of the current reporting within the segments.
Eric Hageman, KPN CFO, commented: “The announced reorganization is an essential part of how KPN’s finance organization is going to strengthen its strategic and performance enhancing role in our organization going forward.”
The reorganization is subject to the approval by the staff council.
