Antoine Castarede, chief financial officer of Oger Telecom, will leave the company and join Eutelsat, according to the Euronext listed satellite operator.

Antoine Castarede, chief financial officer of Oger Telecom, will leave the company and join Eutelsat, according to the Euronext listed satellite operator.

Castarede will start as Eutelsat CFO on 1 September.
Oger is the majority shareholder of Turk Telecom, and Castarede has been with the company since 2006.
In a statement, Eutelsat highlighted his experience in “the successful execution of major financing transactions, the development of businesses in the Middle East and in other emerging markets and the setting-up of finance activities in line with international best practice”.
Previously Castarede also worked as CFO of Orange France, and as deputy head of France Telecom M&A.
