Just weeks after Ukrtelecom changed hands, the Ukrainian incumbent has replaced its CFO.
The company said that Alexander Cernavska will take on the role of director of financial management and business.
He will also join the supervisory board of the Kiev-based telco.
Cernavska was director of finance and economics for Interpipe Management until March this year.
He succeeds Eugene Shapalov at Ukrtelecom, whose resignation was announced two days ago.
Earlier this month, Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov’s System Capital Management (SCM) Group agreed to acquire a 92.79% stake in Ukrtelecom from Austria-based investment firm Epic for an estimated US$1bn to US$1.3bn.
