Cellcom Israel has nominated Shlomi Fruhling as its new CFO following the resignation of Yaacov Heen.
The mobile operator announced today that Heen will leave the company on 17 September after 16 years in various roles. He was CFO for the past four years.
Fruhling, who has assisted with various projects throughout the past year, will start in his new role on 18 September.
Fruhling has previously served as VP strategy and finance of Cellcom Israel subsidiary Netvision, where he worked with Cellcom Israel’s CEO Nir Sztern.
Fruhling has also worked as head economist and then VP of Discount Investment Company (DIC).
