Russian long-distance operator Rostelecom plans to invest Rbs12bn (E289m) in 2010, compared to Rbs8bn (E193m) in 2009, General Director Anton Kolpakov was quoted saying in RBC.
Kolpakov reportedly said Rostelecom would use its own funds for the investment programme, which aims at strengthening the company’s infrastructure.
