Swiss mobile operator Sunrise has appointed Elmar Grasser for the newly created position of chief operating officer.
Grasser will assume the role with immediate effect.
Sunrise said the role includes responsibility for the technical infrastructure and for partner management.
Grasser joins from Orange Austria, where he was CTO since 2008. He has also held CTO positions at KPN’s German subsidiary E-Plus and at Austrian tele.ring.
