The IPO of Polish mobile operator Polkomtel may be postponed to later this year, according to media reports.
The shareholders said last year that the operator could be listed in Q1 but the date could be shifted back until Q3.
Unicredit is advising the company, while oil refiner PKN Orlen has appointed Nomura for the sale of its 24.39% stake in the mobile operator.
KGHM and Vodafone also hols 24.39% of Polkomtel each, while PGE holds 21.85% and Weglokoks 4.78%.
