UK mobile payment technology firm Monitise has announced plans to appoint Brad Petzer as CFO from 1 April.
Petzer, a former group financial controller of London-based data centre firm Telecity, will replace John Brougham after he retired last October.
The appointment comes shortly after Monitise raised £100m through two share placements in December.
Alastair Lukies, Monitise’s CEO, said: “[Petzer] brings with him a wealth of experience in the technology and financial services related industries, a track record in helping bring Telecity Group to a main market LSE listing, and will be a valuable addition to our leadership team as we continue to grow the business.”
