Juha Äkräs is to become Nokia’s EVP of human resources and member of its executive board as of April 1.
Äkräs, currently SVP and co-head of HR, replaces Hallstein Moerk, who plans to retire at the end of March after 11 years of leading the division.
Moerk will leave the board at the same time, but will remain as executive advisor until the end of September.
