Finnish alternative operator DNA has announced plans to appoint Timo Karppinen as CFO at the beginning of December.
Karppinen, previously an executive director for local logging firm Ponsse, will be replacing Ilkka Pitkänen, who left last summer to join Finnish consumer goods supplier Fiskars.
DNA CEO Riitta Tiuraniemi said: “Strong financial management plays an important role in DNA’s development. Timo Karppinen’s extensive financial management and strategy development know-how will complement our diversity.”
