The CFO of UK mobile payment technology firm Monitise has announced plans to retire with immediate effect.
John Brougham is stepping down to focus on his non-executive commitments, according to the company.
His previous responsibilities will be assumed by Nick Taylor, Monitise’s group finance director.
In addition, the company announced the appointment of COO Mike Keyworth to its board as an executive director.
