Irish mobile operator Vodafone Ireland has acquired local enterprise-focused managed networks services provider Complete Telecom for an undisclosed sum.
Vodafone said the group, which last year posted €9m in revenue, will bolster its newly established enterprise customer solutions division.
Complete Telecom employs 23 people and has around 300 customers in Ireland.
Anne O’Leary, Vodafone Ireland’s enterprise director, said: “Complete Telecom is a great fit for us, bringing the scale we need to offer bespoke fixed and mobile converged solutions while also providing specialist tools to support customers in managing their data traffic.”
The deal follows Vodafone’s acquisition of Irish IP network operator Interfusion last year, which led to the creation of the mobile giant’s enterprise solutions unit in Ireland.
