Thomas joins from another France Telecom subsidiary, Mauritius Telecom, where he also held the position of CEO.
Khawam will remain with France Telecom at the company’s Parisian HQ where she will be in charge of developing new business streams for national and international telecom providers.
Thomas will begin in the role on 1 October.
