Andreas Moelich has left the Deutsche Telekom group, stepping down as president of the supervisory board of Croatian subsidiary T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT).
Moelich was Deutsche Telekom’s representative on the T-HT board as well as the group’s senior vice president for human resources in Europe.
The Croatian telco did not give a reason for the resignation, which is effective immediately.
Deutsche Telekom owns 51% of T-HT, which is listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The War Veterans Fund owns 7% and the Pensioners’ Fund 3.5%, with the remaining shares held by private and institutional investors.
