Bosnian operator Telekom Srpske is in talks to buy a 49% stake in Montenegrin mobile operator M:Tel, according to media reports.

Bosnian operator Telekom Srpske is in talks to buy a 49% stake in Montenegrin mobile operator M:Tel, according to media reports.
The stake is reportedly held by Netherlands-based Ogalar, which is owned by Serbian businessman Miroslav Miskovic.
M:Tel is controlled by Telekom Srbija, in which the Serbian government holds an 80% stake and Greece’s OTE a 20% stake.
Telekom Srbija also owns 65% stake of Telecom Srpske, while three funds based in the Republika Srpska holds a 25% stake and the rest is listed.
