Danish incumbent TDC has promoted Martin Lippert, head of its enterprise division, to COO of the group.
Lippert fills a role left vacant last month by Carsten Dilling, who was promoted to CEO.
Eva Berneke, former head of TDC’s wholesale subsidiary, will replace Lippert to lead the telco’s enterprise unit. Berneke’s previous responsibilities will be overseen by Jens Munch-Hansen, who remains senior executive VP of TDC’s Nordic operations.
The executive changes were announced along with TDC’s H2 2012 financial results.
For the six months to the end of June 2012, the company posted revenue up 0.5% to DKr13.22bn (US$2.2bn), compared with DKr13.151bn for the corresponding period last year. H1 2012 EBITDA bpi (before pension income) decreased 0.7% to DKr5.087bn (US$845m), compared with DKr5.125bn for H1 2011.
