She will succeed Krister Kylås, who has decided to leave the company.
Wallmark was most recently director of finance at Skandia, which she joined after holding the position of resident VP at Citibank.
Her background in treasury and the banking industry will be very valuable to the company, Telia’s CFO and EVP, Per-Arne Blomquist, said in a statement.
