The notes, launched under the company’s EMTN programme, carry a coupon of 3% and mature on 15 June 2022, Reuters reported.
The notes priced at 99.642 to yield 3.042%, equal to a spread of 122 basis points over mid-swaps.
The lead managers for the transaction were Credit Agricole, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International, Royal Bank of Scotland and Societe Generale.
Moody’s has rated the issue A3 and Standard & Poor’s and Fitch both rated it A-.
