Folllowing the acquisition of Haiti based Voila in late March, Caribbean mobile operator Digicel has installed Noel Herrity as new Voila CEO.
Noel will report directly to Digicel Haiti CEO, Damian Blackburn, and his appointment is effective immediately, Digicel said in a statement.
Noel joins from Zantel in Tanzania, a subsidiary of Etilasat, where he was CEO for five years. Prior to Zantel, Noel was CEO of BTC in Botswana for a period of three years and in the past he has also worked for Eircom and Western Connect.
