Telenor Denmark could bid for Teliasonera’s domestic ISP and cable TV provider Stofa, say local reports.
In April last year, Stofa reportedly said that Teliasonera no longer considered it as a core activity and that it may therefore be disposed of.
Now, reports suggest that a sales process has been kicked off and that bidders could include Telenor.
The Norwegian company was notably one of the bidders for Dong’s fibre optic network, which was eventually sold to rival TDC.
Stofa offers its services to 600,000 homes.
