The Telekom Austria supervisory board has re-elected Hans Tschuden as chief financial officer.
The Vienna-based company said in a statement today that Tschuden’s contract has a term of three years, finishing at the end of March 2015. Provided the board does not inform him within the first two years that his contract will expire after three years, Tschuden’s appointment will be extended an extra two years.
Tschuden has been CFO of Telekom Austria since April 2007 and vice chairman of the company’s management board since January 2009.
