According to a final term sheet filed with the FCC, the issue is divided into three US$1bn tranches.
- First tranche matures in 2015. Coupon 0.875%. Issue price 99.929.
- Second tranche matures in 2017. Coupon 1.6%. Issue price 99.880.
- Third tranche matures in 2022. Coupon 3%. Issue price 99.803.
The issue received the following ratings: Fitch A, Moody’s A2, S&P A-.
The trade date was yesterday and the settlement date is 13 February.
AT&T said the proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes.
