Vodacom, the South African operator majority-owned by British group Vodafone, has appointed Ivan Dittrich as its new chief financial officer. He will join the group from July 2012.
Dittrich was previously CFO of Datatec, a South African provider of ICT products. He replaces Rob Shuter, who has been named as CEO of Vodafone Netherlands, a spokeswoman said.
