The Telekomunikacja Polska (TPSA) Supervisory Board has appointed France Telecom-Orange’s Henri de Joux as a member.
De Joux, 35, is deputy General Secretary of France Telecom, in charge of corporate governance, group real estate, legal affairs and public relations. He is also a non-executive board member of Egyptian mobile operator Mobinil.
Since joining FT in 2001, de Joux has held various positions, including in the field of mergers and acquisitions and as the head of integration projects in Spain.
TP emphasised that de Joux’ other activities do not conflict with his role at the company.
