PTK, the Kosovo state-owned telecoms provider, has reportedly appointed Nuredin Krasniqi as its new acting CEO.
Local KosovaLive website reported that Krasniqi, the company’s finance director up to now, had been appointed to the role.
PTK announced in November that the current CEO, Shyqyri Haxha, intended to step down. This came just weeks after the Kosovo government abandoned a sales process for the company.
KosovaPress reported that Haxha will leave his post on 15 December.
