South Korean telco KT and cableco CJ Hello Vision have agreed to jointly launch a low-cost MVNO at the year-end.

South Korean telco KT and cableco CJ Hello Vision have agreed to jointly launch a low-cost MVNO at the year-end.

In a release KT said the MVNO would ‘offer tailored communications service combined with CJ contents in line with new life styles.’

KT will help the MVNO with handset distribution and assist CJ Hello Vision’s USIM manufacturing.
