Tunisiana buys ISP Tunet

Tunisian mobile operator Tunisiana announced it has bought 49% and the management control of ISP Tunet for an undisclosed sum.
Part of the agreement is a call option for the remaining 51%.

Tunisian mobile operator Tunisiana announced it has bought 49% and the management control of ISP Tunet for an undisclosed sum.

Part of the agreement is a call option for the remaining 51%.

Tunisiana says that the acquisition allows it to enter the fixed and mobile broadband sector.

Dhia Ben Letaifa, currently director of customer services, will become general manager of Tunet.
