The advising consortium consists of Access CF Sp zoo, Grupa Konsultingowa Jagie??o Wr?biak i Wspólnicy and Business Consulting Sp zoo.
TK Telekom, which provides internet, voice and data transmission services for the railways and other clients, is owned by the state (52.09%) and PKP (47.91%).
