At the announcement of the deal, on 8 June, Telekom Austria said the plan was to offer quadruple-play services in Croatia.
Croatia’s largest cable operator was sold by Austrian electricity company BEWAG.
The Croatian competition authority approved the deal on 28 July.
Triple-play operator B.net had about 119,900 subscribers in June. In 2010, it posted E28.3m revenues and E8.2m EBITDA.
