Paul Thomson, the CFO of German cableco Kabel Deutschland (KDG), has said that he will not extend his contract when it expires on 31 March 2012.
According to a company statement, he has decided to leave for personal reasons to seek opportunities in the US, his home country. KDG said it was already looking for his replacement.
In the meantime, the contracts of Adrian von Hammerstein (CEO), Manuel Cubero (Chief Operating Officer) and Eric Adams (Chief Marketing Officer) have been extended to 31 March 2013.
