The newspaper reports also reported that Kavveri will be allotting 2m shares to investors upon the conversion of warrants and 800,000 shares to founders under conversion of warrants.
The company reportedly said last month that it was in talks with private equity investors to raise between Rs400m and Rs500m by selling a stake in its infrastructure business.
Kavveri Telecoms Products owns a 51% stake in Kavveri Telecom Infrastructure, with the rest being held by the founders.
