Ukrainian cable operator Volia has taken over regional cable operator Falstap for an undisclosed sum.
Set up in 1997, Falstap provides cable and broadband services to a reported 100,000 clients in the city of Dnepropetrovsk.

Ukrainian cable operator Volia has taken over regional cable operator Falstap for an undisclosed sum.
Set up in 1997, Falstap provides cable and broadband services to a reported 100,000 clients in the city of Dnepropetrovsk.
Volia said the transaction had been approved by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
The cable operator is backed by private equity firms Providence and SigmaBleyzer.
