Albania launches 3G licence sale

The Albanian telecoms regulator APEK has announced the tender for the sale of a second 3G licence.
The minimum price has been set at E12.5m and bids must be submitted by 5 September.
Last November, Vodafone Albania won the tender for the first licence…

The Albanian telecoms regulator APEK has announced the tender for the sale of a second 3G licence.

The minimum price has been set at E12.5m and bids must be submitted by 5 September.

Last November, Vodafone Albania won the tender for the first licence with a E31.4m bid.

AMC, Eagle Mobile, Plus and Vodafone are currently offering mobile services in the country.
