US holding company NII Holdings is planning to make a US$750m of 7.625% senior notes due in 2021.
The bond offering is being made through NII Holdings subsidiary, NII Capital Corp, and is being arranged by Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley.
The sale of the notes is expected to close on 29 March.
NII Holdings owns the Nextel telecoms group, which operates in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Peru.
