Danish incumbent TDC will promote Pernille Erenbjerg, the group’s VP for financial services, to CFO on 1 May.
Erenbjerg replaces Jesper Ovesen, who has decided to resign after three years to seek new challenges, a TDC spokesman said. It is thought that Ovesen is seeking to secure a new CFO opportunity elsewhere.
In addition, the company has announced that Anders Jensen, currently CEO of mobile operator Telenor Hungary, will be appointed VP for its consumer division as of 1 April.
Jensen, who has held a number of executive management positions in the Telenor group for more than ten years, will be replacing Jesper Theill Eriksen, who is resigning to allow a “new perspective on the business”, the spokesman continued.
Eriksen’s next role remained unclear at the time of going to press.
