Wholesale telecom services provider Vocus Communications has placed 6.57 million new Vocus shares at A$2 (US$1.97) each to institutional, sophisticated and professional investors.
The company raised about A$13.1m (US$12.9m), which will be used to fund the company’s growth strategy. The transaction was arranged by Patersons Securities.
Vocus has also announced a share purchase plan, arranged by Patersons Securities, to raise about A$1.9m (US$1.87m).
