Guido Kerkhoff, the Deutsche Telekom board member responsible for Europe, is to leave the company, according to local newspaper Handelsblatt.
It is reportedly unclear why Kerkhoff, who has been responsible for 13 European subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom since 2009, is departing.
He joined the company in 2002, holding various management positions in Deutsche Telekom’s finance department
The company declined to comment on what it described as “speculation”.
