Irini Nikolaidi appointed OTE’s executive director of legal and regulatory affairs

The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE) has appointed Irini Nikolaidi to the newly created role of group legal counsel – executive director of legal and regulatory affairs.

This role incorporates the duties of OTE’s general directorate of legal affairs, previously held by Paraskevas Passias, who has left the company.

A spokesman for OTE said the group was unaware of Passias’ next step.

Nikolaidi, who joined OTE in 1996 as a telecoms expert, will also keep her role as legal counsel, competition and legal affairs general director at Cosmote, the group’s Greek mobile operator.
