US telco Windstream announced the pricing on Friday for its private offering of US$200m in 7.75% senior notes due in 2020.
The notes would be at an issue price of 103% and yield to worse of 7.233%.
They will be in addition to US$500m in an aggregate principal amount of 7.75% senior notes due in 2020.
The two groups of notes will be treated as single class of notes under the indenture. The placement of US$200m in senior notes is expected to be settled on 24 January.
In a statement, Windstream said that it would use the proceeds of the offering, in addition to borrowings under its revolving line of credit, to pay the consideration of US$400m in 7.75% senior notes due in 2015.
