Australian incumbent Telstra has appointed Commonwealth Bank (CBA) head of marketing Mark Buckman as its chief marketing officer (CMO), according to local reports.
Kate McKenzie, the former Telstra CMO, will now become group managing director of Telstra Innovation, products and marketing.
Buckman, who has been working for CBA since 2005, is expected to join Telstra in March next year.
