State-owned telecoms holding company Svyazinvest, VimpelCom and broadband and cable operator ER-Telecom are all eying the ISP.
Shareholders reportedly estimate Intersvyaz, which had 150,000 subscribers, to be worth Rbs1.2bn (E28.6m).
