German incumbent Deutsche Telekom has launched a E300m 20-year Eurobond, the company told TelecomFinance.
Deutsche Telekom explained that the issue was priced 145 basis points above Midswaps via BoA Merrill Lynch. The note, which carries a coupon of 4.5%, priced at 98.519 to yield 4.615%. The maturity date has been set for October 20 2030.
Deutsche Telekom said that the proceeds of the transaction would be used for general corporate funding.
