Spanish mobile operator Telefonica has launched a £400m bond. In a filing with the Spanish stock exchange, it said the 19-year notes are priced at Gilts plus 170 bps for a final coupon of 5.445%, with a reoffer price of 100%. Some 40 investors subscribed, the operator said.
The transaction will be closed, and the proceeds paid, on October 8.
RBS, SG and HSBC were bookrunners.
