Norwegian operator Telenor has announced the appointment of Henrik Skov as the new finance director of subsidiary Telenor Denmark, replacing Thomas Zeihlund who resigned by mutual agreement on Friday.
Skov was previously director of customer service and product and market development at Telenor, but saw his responsibilities overlap following the merger of Sonofon, its Danish mobile subsidiary, with Cybercity, which the group acquired in 2005.
In May, Telenor Denmark appointed Jon Erik Haug to become its new CEO, succeeding Henrik Clausen, who now heads Telenor’s Malaysian subsidiary DiGi.
Telenor Denmark was unable to comment further on the recent appointment.
