New Bolivian telecoms operator Bolitel plans to officially launch operations next month, local newspaper El Deber reported.
The company has been operating and testing throughout Bolivia since the beginning of the year and already has 200 clients.
The company announced that it would be investing US$4m to launch operations across Bolivia.
Bolitel, which will offer IP-based telephony, is controlled by local corporation Unagro.
