Michael Joseph, CEO of Kenyan mobile operator Safaricom, will step down in November, the company announced.
He will be replaced by Bob Collymore who has served in various capacities for Vodafone’s operations in Africa. He is currently Chief Officer for Corporate Affairs for Vodacom in South Africa and has been on Safaricom’s board for the past four years.
