Vodafone has reportedly hired National Australia Bank to canvas investor interest in a possible bond issue.
The UK based company is considering a seven-year Australian dollar bond issue for the mobile operator it co-owns with Hutchison, according to Reuters.
The report suggests that the bond would pay 170bp over swaps.
Last month, Vodafone Hutchison Australia secured a A$3bn (US$2.6bn) refinancing loan.
