German incumbent Deutsche Telekom has announced the pricing for its E1.25bn bond, which is to be issued by Deutsche Telekom International Finance.
The 12-year bond, which matures on July 13, 2022, carries a coupon of 4.25% priced at a spread of 125 basispoints above the twelve-year mid-swap rate.
The bond will be sold at 99.282%, resulting in a re-offer yield of 4.328 %.
The bond offering, which generated an orderbook of roughly E2.9bn, generated 400 orders.
The lead managers for the offering were Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and UniCredt. The co-lead managers were Banco Bilbao
Vizcaya Argentaria, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, Commerzbank, DZ Bank, LBBW, Société Génerale and WestLB
