Hungarian telecoms incumbent Magyar Telekom has acquired regional cable operator Modultechnika for about Ft1.5bn.
The incumbent said that with the acquisition it aimed to further strengthen its fixed line business positions.

The incumbent said that with the acquisition it aimed to further strengthen its fixed line business positions.

The transaction is expected to close in Q3.
