UK mobile operators T-Mobile and Orange have officially integrated as Everything Everywhere Limited. Both brands will continue to run under their own names.
Tom Alexander, CEO of the combined group, welcomed the formal integration, adding that the tie-up created “the country’s biggest communications company”.
Three vice presidents have been named: Neil Macgeorge, VP of Products; Simon Frumkin, VP of Procurement and Supply Chain; and Stephen Harris, chief of staff to CEO Tom Alexander.
The company, which is jointly owned by Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom, employs some 16.500 staff. It has a combined customer base of over 30 million people, with 700 retail stores across the country.
